Standard applications
For the control and protection of power units (MTU, CAT, Volvo, Cummins, Scania, Perkins, etc.) we offer appropriate standard solutions that can easily be customized. We also have a solution for control and protection of hydro turbines, gas engines and for load management of multi-generator sets. We usually use the Rittal cabinet system, EATON contactors, fuses and controls, Weidmüller terminals and relays as well as Phoenix power supplies and battery chargers. Upon request, we are happy to use components from other manufacturers. Our circuit diagrams are designed with the latest version of EPLAN P8.
All products undergo thorough electrical and functional testing before they are delivered to ensure smooth and easy commissioning.
Special applications
We offer a variety of solution concepts, from basic central control units to complex interconnected applications with visualization.
For complex systems, we offer as an option central control and visualization solutions. These systems can range from a basic central control panel to redundant PLCs and to complete SCADA solutions with multiple operator stations and thousands of data points.
Communication between devices has evolved considerably in recent years. We provide the latest configurations, including IEC61850 and high-speed GOOSE communication, as required for data collection from peripheral devices, for a connection to building control systems or setting up suitable remote access. To ensure self-explanatory and efficient operation of these complex systems, we create user pages adapted to the needs and requirements of our customers. For PLCs and touch panels (HMI), we usually use Siemens or Wago products and ensure high quality and availability of spare parts.
